Thakral Global Learning (TGL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with XpressJobs on 7th November 2025, to provide added value to participants of its Employability Skills Development Program (ESDP) by connecting them to practical employment opportunities after completing their certification

The ESDP is a landmark initiative designed to empower Sri Lankan youth across 25 districts with globally recognized training, digital skills, and career development opportunities. The program aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing school leavers and young adults with world-class skill development, ensuring they are ready to meet the evolving demands of the modern workplace.
The initiative focuses on key areas including IT proficiency, English communication, entrepreneurship, and personal development, helping students enhance their employability both locally and internationally. The program combines practical learning with academic knowledge to create a well-rounded learning experience.

As part of the partnership, XpressJobs will provide participants access to Internships, trainee positions, IT/internet roles, hardware/network/system jobs, digital marketing, work-from-home opportunities, school leaver positions, and BPO/KPO roles, helping youth gain practical experience while developing key career skills.
