ICBS's LEVEL UP Returns to Kandy with a Focus on Wealth, Careers and Growth

Imperial College of Business Studies brings its professional platform back to Kandy with a sharper focus on action.

Imperial College of Business Studies (ICBS) returns to Kandy with LEVEL UP 2.0 – The Next Million Mind-set on 9th September 2026 at Kandy Myst by Cinnamon. Following 2024's Inspiring Future Leaders edition, the platform now shifts focus from inspiration to practical, actionable investment in career and wealth.

Kandy is home to a growing base of professionals, entrepreneurs and business leaders. Opportunities to engage directly with established industry figures remain limited. LEVEL UP was created to close that gap, and the 2026 edition builds on the momentum of last year's debut.

Built around the theme "Building Wealth. Careers. Futures.", the evening features three keynote conversations. Tharindra Gooneratne , Head of Business – Fixed Broadband and International Services at Dialog Axiata PLC, speaks on investing in wealth. Dr. Niroshan J. Pieris, Cluster CEO at LAUGFS Gas, addresses career investment. Stephanie Siriwardhana, Director at Infinite Grace Works (Pvt) Ltd, closes the segment on investing in yourself.

The three conversations converge in a panel discussion moderated by Tharindu Wijewardhana, Country Head of AICPA & CIMA Sri Lanka, followed by audience Q&A, dinner and networking. Doors open from 6.00 p.m. onwards, with registrations open at 94 76 618 9860.

Through LEVEL UP 2.0, ICBS continues to build a platform for Kandy's professional community, one built on direct access, real conversations and long-term connection

Imperial College of Business Studies (ICBS) was established in 1985. The college offers business education in partnership with international institutions, with a focus on critical thinking, practical expertise and ethical leadership. ICBS prepares students for careers in business through industry-relevant programmes.
