Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website or engaging the services offered by GoodPR ("we", "our", or "us"). GoodPR refers collectively to Good PR (Pvt) Ltd and Good PR Global (Pvt) Ltd, which provide public relations and related services, and Usher (Pvt) Ltd, which operates under the trade name Usher and provides events and influencer marketing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Good PR provides public relations, marketing, and events services, including but not limited to:

• Media Relations
• Social Media Management
• Events & Experiential
• Creative & Production
• Advertising
• Crisis Communications

Specific service terms will be outlined in individual proposals or agreements.

2. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree to:

• Use it for lawful purposes only
• Not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent
• Refrain from introducing harmful code, viruses, or other disruptive elements

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, images, text, and proprietary strategies, is the intellectual property of Good PR (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors. You may not use our assets without explicit permission.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely, and complete information
• Notify us promptly of any change to the information provided, so that we can update our records and communicate the change accordingly
• Grant access to relevant platforms and materials needed for service delivery
• Approve or provide feedback within mutually agreed timeframes
• Confirm each project at least two weeks prior to the relevant event, through a purchase order or an official email confirmation

Delays in client response, confirmation, or feedback may affect timelines and deliverables.

5. Project Confirmation

No project or event will proceed without prior confirmation. Confirmation must be provided by email, or through a purchase order, at least two weeks before the event date. Verbal agreements alone are not sufficient to initiate work.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each proposal or invoice. Generally:

• Full payment is due within 10 days of complete delivery of the goods or services, as per the invoice
• Delayed payments are subject to a surcharge of 5% per day
• Project payment must be settled in full prior to the event
• Cheques should be made in favor of Good PR Global Pvt Ltd. Please contact us for reference checks before releasing a cheque. Bank transfers can be arranged on request, using the details provided on the invoice

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellations

Last-minute cancellations will incur a charge of 15% of the total project value, in addition to any costs already committed on the client's behalf.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, Good PR shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions due to third-party platforms or technology failures

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All unpaid fees become immediately due
• Work completed to date may be delivered upon request, depending on payment status
• Access to any accounts or deliverables created by us may be revoked if contractual obligations are not fulfilled

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
