As part of this collaboration, XpressJobs and IMSSA have also signed an MoU to integrate XpressJobs’ live job feed directly into the Exposition website (www.exposition.lk/careers )
allowing students to explore real-time vacancies across key disciplines such as Project Management, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics, and IT & Software. This integration aligns with the objectives of Industrial Week by offering students continuous access to industry-relevant opportunities and enabling employers to connect with emerging university talent more effectively.
XpressJobs’ decision to partner with IMSSA reflects its strategic focus on youth engagement and commitment to empowering the next generation of professionals. The company recognizes that initiatives like Exposition and Industrial Week are vital in cultivating employability, innovation, and industry readiness among Sri Lankan graduates.
This collaboration reaffirms XpressJobs’ mission to support Sri Lanka’s youth by creating pathways to meaningful employment and fostering stronger collaboration between education and industry.
