Imperial Advisors, part of the WIS Group, a Sri Lankan company that provides financial solutions in the United Kingdom, has officially opened its conveyancing office in Kohuwela.
The new office was ceremonially declared opened by WIS Group Co-Founders Suneth Silva, Wijay Kanagasundaram, and Ifthikar Mohamed to advance a unified mortgage and conveyancing approach for its growing client base. The office is designed to streamline and modernise the conveyancing process by integrating technology-led solutions that reduce delays, minimise administrative exchanges, and deliver a clearer, faster, and more consistent experience for advisers and clients. By aligning technology, expertise, and service delivery, Imperial Advisors aims to raise the standard of conveyancing while supporting advisers with a more efficient and transparent process.
The office is a key part of the wider WIS Group of companies, a one-stop financial services ecosystem that includes WIS Accountancy, WIS Mortgages and Insurance, and WIS Wealth. The WIS Group was co-founded by Suneth Silva, Wijay Kanagasundaram, and Ifthikar Mohamed in 2009 where it began as an accountancy firm in the UK. The group has several offices in the UK and an office in Sri Lanka which was established in 2013. The WIS Sri Lanka office is the offshoring arm of its UK Head Office and also provides BPO services to leading businesses in UK. Building on its link to the industry, WIS has also been recognized as a quality training partner with both ACCA and CIMA in Colombo.
