Island Dancer Sri Lanka proudly announces the Island Dancer Dancesport Championship 2026, set to take place on 4th October 2026 at the iconic Hilton Colombo. Designed as a full-scale dance experience, the Championship will bring together elegance, energy, and world-class artistry setting a new benchmark for dancesport events in Sri Lanka.
The daytime competition will run from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM, featuring over 200 dancers competing across multiple categories. As the evening unfolds, the event will transition into an exclusive Dinner Dance from 7.00 PM onwards, offering guests a refined culinary experience paired with high-impact entertainment. The night will feature music by DJ Darren Diaz and a live performance by Redemption, creating an electrifying atmosphere that extends beyond the competition floor.
Entries for the Championship will open in the first week of February 2026 and close in the last week of April 2026. Featuring both local and international dancers, the Island Dancer Dancesport Championship 2026 is set to reinforce its position as one of the most anticipated dancesport events in the country.
