InTalent Asia’s “Toxic Boss” Campaign Wins Two Bronze Awards at SLIM DIGIS 2.6

InTalent Asia’s “Toxic Boss” campaign, conceptualised and executed by Digital Breakers, has been recognised with two Bronze Awards at SLIM DIGIS 2.6, celebrating the campaign’s effectiveness in both B2B marketing and smart use of a limited budget.

The campaign secured Bronze in two categories:

Best Use of Digital in a B2B Campaign
Best Use of a Limited Budget

Built around the relatable workplace insight of employees secretly searching for better career opportunities while dealing with a “toxic boss,” the campaign used humour and culturally relevant storytelling to turn a recruitment message into engaging digital content.

With a total campaign investment of just LKR 520,000, including production and media, the campaign generated 9,564 CV submissions within just 10 days. Beyond candidate acquisition, the campaign also contributed to InTalent Asia’s B2B growth, generating corporate interest that resulted in nine signed HR agreements and more than LKR 7 million in business revenue.

The campaign demonstrated how a focused creative idea, supported by strategic digital execution, can deliver measurable results even within a limited budget.

For Digital Breakers, the recognition reflects the agency’s approach of developing campaign-led ideas that connect creativity directly with business outcomes.

The two Bronze Awards at SLIM DIGIS 2.6 recognise not only the creative execution behind the “Toxic Boss” campaign, but also its ability to turn a simple digital recruitment campaign into measurable value across both B2C candidate acquisition and B2B business development.
